Omar joined Alliance Law Firm in 2023 at our Capital Market Department, gaining experience in conducting financial transactions, incorporating companies ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements, as well as, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements/contracts and offering legal opinions on regulatory matters.
Omar’s expertise also extends to M&As and Corporate Commercial & Labor practices working on several M&As transactions conducting due diligence reports.
Prior to joining the firm, Omar gained valuable experience interning at top-tier law firms in Egypt and UAE.
