Nourane Hindy

Nourane Hindy  is an Associate in the Corporate, commercial and employment Department. She specializes in general corporate, commercial and banking matters with a focus on financial transactions and banking cross-border surveys.

Nourane has extensive experience advising clients across industries such as banking and project finance, pharmaceuticals sector, oil & gas, M&A, general corporate and commercial.

Throughout her career, Nourane has worked on high-profile transactions including oil and gas purchase agreements.
