Nourane Hindy joined our Capital Market Department and has been advising clients on Capital Market and general corporate matters. She has worked for several reputable law firms in Egypt. Before joining our team, she gained extensive experience in various banking and corporate matters, with a focus on financial transactions and cross-border banking surveys. She also has experience in transactions across several sectors, including Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, General Corporate, and Commercial.
