Muhammad is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Team, with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. He specializes in intellectual property protection and enforcement, contract negotiation, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

Muhammad has advised clients across industries including fashion, F&B, technology, media, healthcare, tobacco, and pharmaceuticals. His experience covers all aspects of intellectual property, including protection, management, and enforcement across various rights. Muhammad has successfully advised on major corporate transactions, including leading IP due diligence for the acquisition of Eastern Tobacco by Philip Morris International, ensuring the smooth transfer and integration of IP assets.

In addition to his IP practice, Muhammad has broad corporate experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, handling corporate structuring, and advising on regulatory compliance.
