- Azza Fahmy 2022: Alliance Law Firm (ALF) provided legal counsel to Bidayat, a subsidiary of Alsara Investment Group, in its strategic acquisition of a stake in Azza Fahmy Jewellery, a prominent luxury fashion brand based in Egypt. Leveraging Bidayat’s profound expertise in the luxury fashion sector, encompassing digital strategies, distribution, and brand development, this collaboration is poised to significantly enhance Azza Fahmy’s international expansion efforts.
- Okhtein 2021: ALF represented and assessed the IP assets of Bidayat, a company of Alsara Investment Group in acquiring a stake in the Egyptian luxury fashion brand Okhtein. Bidayat’s expertise in the fashion industry will enhance Okhtein’s product design, merchandising, and supply-chain management, thereby supporting its global expansion
- Spinneys 2020: ALF has been engaged in the litigation of the Spinneys infringement case, striving to secure a $66 million judgment against the party that has been infringing upon Spinneys’ trademarks. This legal pursuit is currently before the economic court, where we are diligently advocating for the protection of Spinneys’ intellectual property rights.
