Ahmed is a Junior Associate at our Corporate, Commercial and Employment Department. He has adequate experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions and memos. He provides strategic legal consultations to navigate complex regulatory and commercial challenges effectively.

He has experience advising clients across industries such as agriculture, automotive, food and beverages, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail, sports, and trading.

He also has worked in the Sorbonne University’s Legal Clinic in Egypt as the Head of Communications, a consultant and a supervisor on multiple legal research and consultations pertaining to Corporate, Commercial, Administrative, Competition, Civil and Banking law.
