Ahmad joined Alliance Law Firm in 2019 at our Capital Market department. He has a solid track record of working on structured finance transactions across a range of industries, including healthcare, and real estate. With a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in Egypt, he is well-equipped to navigate complex market conditions and provide practical and effective legal solutions.

His expertise also extends to M&As practice, and he is highly skilled at drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements and providing legal advice on regulatory matters. He is a results-driven and solutions-focused lawyer, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of regulatory and legal issues in Egypt. Ahmad was also a teaching assistant and lectured various courses including contract law and legal research at the German University in Cairo.
