Mohamed Magdy
Mohamed Magdy is leading the Litigation Department within the firm. His practice focuses on complex commercial, civil and compensation, criminal, and administrative litigations covering capital market, employment, and labor, as well as international trade and commodity, competition, tax evasion, white collar crimes, embezzlement, and consumer protection.
He has represented major local and multinational companies in a wide range of fields such as oil/gas, finance, insurance, heavy industry, construction, telecom, real estate, tourism, sport, aviation, maritime and health care.
With exceptional experience, Magdy leads the administrative side of the litigation department, from distribution of work and guidance to strategic planning and growth. He manages the legal research, drafting statements of claims, appeal, cassation, defense memos, and all ancillary documents required. He also leads the strategic planning of the defense, and he attends negotiation sessions plus courts and arbitration hearings.
