Farida Elrashidi is a Junior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team. She specializes in International Arbitration and International Business Law. She represents and advises the firm’s clients on International Commercial matters, as well as local investment matters. She also advises in Value-Added tax and Income tax appeals before the Egyptian Tax Authority, as well as general corporate matters.
She has experience in the construction sector, working on construction-centered arbitration cases and local investment disputes.
She has equally worked in the Sorbonne University’s Clinic as a supervisor on various legal consultations related to corporate and family law.
