Nada Dessouki

Nada Dessouki is an Associate in our Corporate, Commercial & Employment practice group. She represents and advises the firm’s clients in offshore and onshore incorporations, commercial, employment law, restructuring and general corporate matters.

Nada has experience advising clients across industries such retail, automotive, renewable energy, logistics, and trading.

Throughout her career, Nada has worked on high-profile transactions including secondary acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance.
