Mostafa El Masry

Mostafa is an Associate at the  Corporate, Commercial, and Employment team at Alliance Law.  He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, employment, privacy and data protection, corporate governance, and risk management.

Mostafa has extensive experience working with clients across diverse industries, particularly in the real estate, construction, space, telecommunications, retail, food and beverages, programming, and software sectors, in both the Egyptian and UAE markets.

Mostafa is proficient in drafting a wide range of Mergers and Acquisitions-related agreements, including Heads of Terms, SPAs, and SHAs. He has experience participating in the Legal Due Diligence process for complex acquisition transactions. Additionally, Mostafa has expertise in drafting internal policies for multinational corporations, such as employment handbooks and privacy-related policies
