Mohamed Elsaka is an Associate at the Competition and Distribution team at Alliance Law. He specializes in Competition Law, representing and advising the firm’s clients on matters including cartels, abuse of dominant position investigations, merger control, and dawn raids. Mohamed also provides compliance guidance and supports corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
He has significant experience across various industries, including pharmaceutical, tobacco, telecommunications and media, resins and chemicals, building materials, food and beverages sectors.
Before joining Alliance Law, Mohamed worked as a legal researcher and case handler at the Egyptian Competition Authority, handling investigations related to abuse of dominant positions, horizontal agreements (cartels), vertical restraints, and merger control. He has also worked and interned at top-tier law firms in Egypt.
