Amina Khaled

Amina Khaled is a Junior Associate at the Capital Markets and Financial Regulated Activities Department. She focuses her practice on non-banking financing activities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Amina has experience advising clients across diverse sectors, including insurance and consumer finance.

Prior to joining Alliance Law, Amina has interned at several distinguished law firms, where she acquired valuable experience across multiple legal fields, further strengthening her professional expertise.
