Youssef Sakr

Youssef Sameh Sakr is a Junior Associate in the M&A Department. He focuses his practice on various areas of law including corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining Alliance Law, Youssef has interned at leading law firms, gaining hands-on exposure to research and drafting various types of legal documents related to corporate matters.

Youssef has served as a Junior Teaching Assistant for the (GUC) and has notable moot court contributions, including winning first place nationally in the Willem C. Vis Pre-Moot (Alexandria U–CRCICA) and competing in the international rounds in Vienna.

As Vice President of the GUC Moot Court Club, he organized and coached several competitions and launched the university’s first Internal Arbitration Moot.
