Ahmed Sherif

Ahmed Sherif is an Associate in our Corporate & M&A practice. He specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments, advising on due diligence, transaction documentation, regulatory and commercial analysis, and post-closing implementation. He also counsels on commercial contracts to align operational arrangements with deal structure and compliance.

Ahmed has extensive experience advising clients across industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer sectors, technology, media, space, telecommunications, and broader corporate and commercial matters.

Previously, Ahmed served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor. He also practiced within other leading law firms in T.M.T. and Corporate, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate instruments.
