Yahia Essawy

Yahia Essawy is a Senior Associate at the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He specializes in civil, commercial, and labor law. He represents and advises clients on complex disputes involving corporate partnerships, commercial contracts, arbitration proceedings, and employment-related matters. Yahia is experienced in guiding clients through litigation strategies, arbitration challenges, and dispute settlement.

He has worked with clients across industries such as construction, trade and distribution, and insurance, spanning both domestic and international business sectors.

Before joining the firm, Yahia served as a Chief Judge in the Egyptian judiciary and held senior roles at the Public Prosecution, where he led teams, oversaw high-profile cases, and represented the state in judicial councils
