Hala has experience advising clients across industries such as pharmaceutical, tobacco, medical, cement, renewable energy, F&B, tourism and retail.

Throughout her career, Hala has worked on high-profile transactions including, mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring and corporate restructuring.
