Ahmed is an Associate in the Capital Markets and Financial Regulated Activities Department. He specializes in structured finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, non-banking financing regulatory compliance activities, regulatory compliance, employment law, and general corporate matters.

Ahmed has worked with clients across industries such as insurance, securities brokerage, real estate, consumer finance, microfinance, and other financial services. His experience includes advising on regulatory compliance under FRA and EGX regulations and handling cross-border transactions.

Throughout his career, the firm has nominated Ahmed for the IFLR1000 & Legal 500 Rising Star award in the Capital Markets practice area. He has also served as a teaching assistant at the German University in Cairo, coaching a team to win the national championship at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and qualify for international rounds.
