Vodafone Egypt Buys 20% Stake in Ebtikar’s Subsidiaries: Bee and Masary

Vodafone Egypt and Ebtikar have signed a memorandum of understanding to purchase a stake in Ebtikar’s subsidiaries Bee and Masary digital financial services. Subject to the completion of due diligence, Vodafone Egypt plans to increase the capital of both Bee and Masary with a 20% stake in both companies.
