Malak ElShazly is a Junior Associate in the Capital Markets and Financial Regulated Activities Department. She focuses her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets compliance. Malak advises the firm’s clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, regulatory filings, and corporate governance matters, with a particular emphasis on securities and financial regulation.

Prior to joining Alliance Law, Malak completed internships at several top-tier law firms in Egypt, where she gained hands-on experience across various legal disciplines including Corporate, Commercial, Employment, Competition, and Capital Markets. She has a strong interest in legal writing and policy research and has been recognized for her academic excellence and analytical approach.

Malak has worked with clients across diverse industries such as financial services, fintech, telecommunications, manufacturing, and retail, offering grounded legal insight tailored to each sector.
